Access and use of the service provided means you accept and will comply with these Terms and Conditions. This applies to all visitors. If you disagree, then you may not use the service.
All purchases require a name, email address, delivery and billing address. As a small nationalist enterprise, our goal is to deliver a quality personalised service. We are not an impersonal fast track service. Our turnaround time may be 7-10 working days from receipt of an order. We will despatch all orders in secure plain packaging.
To minimise the use of paper and printing we do not normally include a physical receipt in the package. Customers will receive a receipt via email after their online purchase. Occasionally seasonal pressure, order sizes etc may impact on delivery times. In cases, such as these, we will endeavour to advise customers of any undue delay in any order.
Product prices are independent of packaging and shipping, instead we calculate packaging and shipping at the checkout.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure all details contained in an order are correct, especially concerning the delivery address. If you make a mistake, report the error immediately, so the appropriate amendment can be made before processing. Claymore Books will not be held responsible for delivery or delay issues as a result of such errors.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. If you have any questions regarding the Terms, please contact us.
Returns Policy
Claymore Books prides itself on providing a top quality service. If you think our service lacking, contact us in the first instance. We can then work with you to fix any issue.
Please notify us within 14 working day of any issue. We will refund the full purchase cost of any book(s) you receive, which do not meet your expectations regardless of the reason.
If you wish to return a book, please contact us detailing the reason for the return and we will provide a returns reference number if necessary. Clearly display this number on the return label. A full reimbursement to your original payment method can take up to 3 working days. Please note however, that this may take up to seven working days depending on your payment provider’s procedures to show in your account.

Claymore Books protects the privacy and confidentiality of our users and customers at all times. Suitable safeguards have put in place for dealing with physical, electronic and managerial procedures.
The personal information you provide helps us process and deliver your order, maintain internal records and keep you informed about products.
All payments are made using an online secure payment gateway. Claymore Books does not store customer credit or debit card details. Names, e-mail addresses and delivery addresses are required to process and complete orders. If you require this information to be removed at a later date, please contact us and confirm your name, e-mail address and the delivery address that requires removal.
If customers create an online account to manage orders, please bear in mind this is through WordPress, not Claymore Books, and accordingly, the information can be edited or deleted at any time by the account holder.
